The Biryani Infographics was made for a course under Visual Thinking- Infographics. The brief of the task was to represent complex data in a visual form, exploring comparative analysis. The overall composition needed to convert a set of data in simple visual forms.
Biryani, as those familiar with this rice dish already know, is a complex recipe. Carrying with it a large historical legacy, this dish is diverse and almost all parts of India have their own variation. This infographics aims at bringing the common ties, components and similarities across recipes on one canvas.
It thus is an attempt to explain the phenomenon called The Biryani.
